Stitching Your Story
Some experiences leave lasting marks—not only in our memories, but in our minds, bodies, and relationships. Stitching Your Story is a 12-week therapist-led group designed to help women gently process trauma in a safe, supportive community. Through guided discussion, evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and the creation of a personal cloth, you'll have the opportunity to explore your experiences, strengthen coping skills, and begin writing a new chapter rooted in resilience and hope.
No artistic experience is needed—only a willingness to take the next step in your healing journey.
