Stitching Your Story
Some experiences leave lasting marks—not only in our memories, but also in our minds, bodies, and relationships. Stitching Your Story offers women a safe, supportive space to gently explore and process trauma through guided discussion, evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and the creation of a personal cloth.
Two options will be available this fall:
A one-day workshop from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
A 12-week therapist-led group for a slower, more in-depth experience
No artistic experience is needed—only a willingness to take the next step in your healing journey.
This offering is led by Cassandra Burlingame, LMSW.
Because trauma-focused experiences are not the right fit for everyone at every stage of healing, registration is not automatic.
Please complete the interest form below and indicate which option interests you.
Our team will follow up with additional information and help determine whether the workshop or 12-week group may be a good fit for you.
