Stitching Your Story

A Creative, Trauma-Informed Healing Experience for Women

Some experiences leave lasting marks—not only in our memories, but also in our minds, bodies, and relationships.

Stitching Your Story offers women a supportive space to explore their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and move toward healing through guided discussion, trauma-informed therapeutic techniques, and the meaningful process of creating a personal story cloth.

Led by Cassandra Burlingame, LMSW, this unique experience combines therapeutic connection with creative expression, allowing participants to explore their stories at their own pace.

No artistic or sewing experience is needed.
