Our mission
Portage family healing center, aka “PFHC”
At PFHC we aim to address the whole person. We look at all areas of wellness to help you find overall improvement. We then offer many different opportunities to address those areas of your life. Our healing center began as a small mental health practice. After working with many different populations, we realized we could have better success for our clients if we gained the help of other holistically minded professionals.
Community Support Groups

Our OCD Support group ran by Liz Plummer happens on the 2nd and 4th Thursday each month!

Counseling
Your lack of joy throughout your day is making you exhausted and lacking hope for the life you thought you would have. Possibly work, family, or school have become out of balance. Our therapists can help work with you and address what you are experiencing.

Your emotions and experiences are stored within your body. Choose to allow yourself to move and heal from traumas you have stored. Family trauma can be addressed with group movement opportunties.

Have you addressed all the current issues in life, yet you’re still feeling blah? Possibly the kid’s behaviors are getting worse despite the many new parenting tricks you’ve tried. Nutrition is often overlooked and we are here to get you back on track.
